Hi there. Welcome to my personal website.
I am Communications Director at Clarity PR – the best (in my opinion) startup and technology focused PR agency in the world. I get to work with some of the most amazing companies on the globe and alongside a brilliant team, I am proud to have had a hand in some really amazing work.
As well as this I mentor on TechStars London and Oxygen among other things. I still get to write, but not as much as I would like. I am currently putting together a technology blog and considering writing a novel.
This is me. If you want to say hi – drop me an email at email@example.com

Communications Director – Clarity PR
Working with some of the most exciting startups on the planet, this role sees me strategically inputting into technology products at an early stage. With these strategies I help startups to grow into full companies. The work that we do at Clarity has helped many startups become huge success stories, with media coverage across the worlds best titles.
As Comms Director, I have the privilege of traveling Europe to ensure we are as up to date as possible with out practices and technologies. I also recently helped open our third office in Berlin.
I am involved in two of the biggest startup accelerators in the country. These accelerators are intensive mentor led bootcamps that culminate with a series of investor days where teams pitch to a large, carefully selected group of Angel investors, VCs and Private Equity groups for next stage funding.
As part of my role at Clarity, I have mentored a select number of startups on TechStars and Oxygen. It’s an exciting part of my work life where I can input my knowledge as well as learning about some of the latest developments in technology and business.
You can read more about my role with TechStars at this link
While not having a lot of time to write these days, I still have strong opinions on the industry, the trends surrounding it and insights into what the future holds. I write regular features for the Clarity blog as well as Entrepreneur Country and my own personal blog on Medium.
I am always looking for further opportunities to write, so if you are looking for insight for your blog or site, please do get in touch

With Sonos announcing only yesterday that Airplay support was coming to the Sonos range, as well as updating their iPhone and iPad apps – we thought it was about time we took the Sonos for a spin.
With the recent trend in cramming as many features as possible into a phone in an effort to jump on the smartphone bandwagon, the Nokia X2 bucks the trend and offers simplicity of design and features.
The Nikon D7000 is Nikon’s latest consumer-professional crossover camera, offering a raft of features at a price that won’t bankrupt. Though aimed at the amateur enthusiast photographer, the feature set allows for plenty of customisation should you want to get a little more hands-on.
A once ‘rough and ready’ district has been gentrified beyond recognition and you now can’t walk more than fifty metres without bumping into someone working on ‘the next big thing’.
I’ve written before about various aspects of the Internet of things (IoT), but I specifically wanted to get my thoughts down on the concept as a whole and where it needs to go if it will ever reign supreme.
I was asked to work with Withings to help them create a promotional video for their range of baby monitors in late 2012. The video was great fun! You might notice a slight difference in the way I look as I was 100lbs heavier back then!
